Fixed water-fertilizer integration is a special pump-type fertilization device equipped on the pointer sprinkler, which consists of a fertilizer storage tank, a stirrer, a pump flow rate constant tube, a plunger pump, an injection nozzle, an anti-siphon backflow device, and connecting accessories. The fertilization device relies on an electric-driven fertilizer injection pump to provide power, extract the evenly stirred fertilizer liquid in the fertilizer storage tank, and inject the fertilizer liquid evenly into the water pipe of the sprinkler through the injection nozzle. After mixing and diluting with irrigation water, it is sprayed by a suspended low-pressure nozzle.

According to the principle of soil testing formula, water-soluble fertilizers are calculated, and different amounts of water-soluble fertilizers are sprayed with water during various growth periods of crops. This fertilization method changes the working form of the sprinkler, which only sprays water, organically combines water spraying, fertilization, and spraying, reduces the number of mechanized farming operations, saves costs, reduces labor intensity, and ensures stable and increased corn yields.

Fertilization principle: Put the fertilizer into the fertilizer tank, and use the fertilizer solution to realize water-fertilizer integrated irrigation by the sprinkler, that is, inject the water-soluble fertilizer or pesticide solution directly into the irrigation sprinkler through the power fertilizer machine, and spray the fertilizer or pesticide evenly on the field and crop leaves through the sprinkler nozzle.
