Main beam structure: Branch pipes and nozzles are evenly distributed on the horizontal main beam (length 5-30m). Nozzle types include:
Fixed nozzle: Spray vertically upward to form a circular coverage area, suitable for low crops.
Rotary nozzle: 360° rotation or fan-shaped spraying, covering a radius of 8-20m, good atomization effect, suitable for medium and high crops.
Pipe material: PVC or aluminum alloy is mostly used, which is light and corrosion-resistant. Some high-end models use stainless steel pipes.
Hydraulic transmission process
Water source access: Connect to the water source (well, reservoir, canal) through a hose, or bring your own water tank (suitable for water source dispersion scenarios).
Water pump pressurization: Powered by a centrifugal pump or a plunger pump (power 5-30kW), the water pressure is usually maintained at 0.2-0.6MPa to ensure the nozzle range and atomization effect.
Flow control: adjust the pump speed through valves or frequency converters to match the number of sprinkler heads with irrigation needs (e.g. 10-30mm per acre).
